VOIDEX is a private, invite-based social platform with encrypted messaging, encrypted voice and video calls, and public areas called VOIDEX Space and Orbits. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and VOIDEX (the "Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accepting this agreement, or using any part of VOIDEX, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, which are incorporated here by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use VOIDEX.
You must be at least 16 years old to use VOIDEX, and if you are under the age of majority in your country, you may only use it with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You must not use VOIDEX if you are barred from doing so under any applicable law.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and recovery key secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
VOIDEX lets you exist as two separate identities: your Face (your named account) and one or more anonymous Phantoms. Public content you post - in Space, in Orbits, in comments, and on public profiles - is visible to other people and may be seen, shared, quoted, screenshotted, or indexed by others. Do not post anything publicly that you would not want seen widely. Treat everything you publish in the public areas as public and permanent.
VOIDEX Points and any in-platform items, cosmetics, or "market" values are a virtual feature of the Platform for engagement and personalization. They have no cash value, are not money, are not a currency, are not a security or investment, cannot be redeemed for money from us, and may be changed, capped, reset, or discontinued at any time. Nothing on VOIDEX is financial, investment, legal, or professional advice.
Your direct messages and your one-to-one voice and video calls are end-to-end encrypted. This means they are encrypted on your device and can only be read or heard by the participants. We store only encrypted data (ciphertext) and cannot read your messages, listen to your calls, or recover their contents - not for you, not for anyone. Because of this, if you lose your device and your recovery key, your encrypted history may be permanently unrecoverable, and we will not be able to restore it.
This design is deliberate and is core to the Platform. A direct consequence is that our ability to police private conversations is extremely limited by design: we generally cannot see private content, so we cannot pre-screen or monitor it. Content you post in the PUBLIC areas (Space, Orbits, public comments and profiles) is not private and can be reviewed, moderated, and removed.
Our role in practice is limited to operating the Platform, helping with bugs and technical issues, and acting on reports about public content. We are not a party to your conversations and do not supervise interactions between users.
You keep ownership of the content you create. By posting content in public areas, you grant VOIDEX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and provide the Platform (for example, showing your post to other users, generating link previews, and caching for performance). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already shared by others or retained as required by law or for backups.
You are solely responsible for the content you post and the way you behave. You represent that you have the rights to everything you post and that it does not break the law or these Terms. VOIDEX does not endorse and is not responsible for user content, and does not guarantee its accuracy, safety, or legality.
You agree not to use VOIDEX to do anything illegal or harmful, including: posting or sharing child sexual abuse material (zero tolerance - this is reported to the authorities); threats of violence; harassment, stalking, or targeted abuse; hate speech or content that attacks people based on who they are; incitement of violence or self-harm; doxxing or sharing other people's private information; fraud, scams, phishing, or malware; spam or mass unsolicited messaging; impersonation; infringing others' intellectual property; or attempting to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the security of the Platform.
You must not use the Phantom feature or encryption to abuse, harm, harass, deceive, or evade accountability toward other people. Anonymity is a privacy feature, not a shield for harming others. Full details are in our Community Guidelines.
You can report public content and accounts. We may - but are not obligated to - review reported public content and take action we consider appropriate, including removing content, limiting reach, restricting features, warning, suspending, or permanently terminating accounts, and cooperating with lawful requests from authorities. We may act with or without notice. Automated systems may assist moderation of public media, and they are imperfect.
We are not liable to you for moderation decisions, for content we leave up, or for content we take down.
VOIDEX is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components. VOIDEX is under active development and features may change, break, or be removed. You use VOIDEX at your own risk.
We do not control and are not responsible for the conduct of other users or for what they post, send, or do - online or offline. Any interaction with other users is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOIDEX and its owners, operators, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Platform, the conduct or content of any user, unauthorized access to your data, or any matter relating to the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Platform is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty euros (€50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VOIDEX and its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your content, your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms or any law, or your violation of the rights of any third party.
You understand that VOIDEX is a communication tool used by real people, and that we cannot and do not guarantee the behaviour of others. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release VOIDEX from claims, demands, and damages arising out of disputes with other users or out of content posted by others, and you agree not to hold us responsible for the acts or omissions of other users.
You may stop using VOIDEX and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you break these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Platform or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including content licence grants for already-shared content, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
We may update these Terms. When we make material changes, we will update the version and effective date and require you to accept the updated agreement the next time you enter Space or Orbits. Continuing to use VOIDEX after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. The current version is always available in the website footer.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence, including the right to bring a claim in the courts where you live where that right cannot be waived. Where permitted by law, you agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and you waive the right to participate in a class action. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
We may offer these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines in languages other than English for your convenience. If there is any conflict, ambiguity, or difference in meaning between a translated version and the English version, the English version prevails and is the authoritative, legally binding version.

VOIDEX is operated by CNOTA Management FZCO, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these Terms, "VOIDEX", "we" and "us" mean CNOTA Management FZCO. Our representative in Europe is VIRTUE AS.

Authorities of the Member States of the European Union, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services can contact us at the same address as our single point of contact under the EU Digital Services Act, in English. Law enforcement requests must come through a valid legal process from an authority with jurisdiction, sent to the same address. We answer requests about data we hold; we cannot produce the content of end-to-end encrypted messages or calls, because we cannot decrypt them.
If we remove or restrict your public content or suspend your account, we tell you what we did and why, which rule or law it was based on, whether automated tools were involved, and how to ask us to look at the decision again. You can reply to that notice or write to us, and a person will review it.
VOIDEX+ subscriptions (VOIDEX+, VOIDEX+ Member and VOIDEX+ Partner) are billed monthly through the app store you subscribe with (for example Google Play). They renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel or pause at any time in your app store account; you keep the benefits until the end of the period you have already paid for. Prices, taxes and refunds are handled by the app store under its own terms, and any statutory right of withdrawal you have under the law of your country applies.
Benefits such as monthly keys, VOIDEX Points multipliers, verification marks and featured placement are features of the Platform. Keys, Points and in-platform items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not a form of gambling or investment. We may change the benefits of a tier going forward; if a change materially reduces them, we will tell you before your next renewal so you can cancel.
